Be sure to include the name of the item and the catalogue number.

 

We endeavor to keep our prices as affordable as possible. We offer free shipping on all orders over fifty dollars and flat rate shipping rates for orders under fifty dollars shipped anywhere within the domestic United States. For international orders, please see International Orders

Spirit Wolves accepts payments through PayPal for all online purchases. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay in any way they prefer, including through credit cards, bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing financial information.

 

Shipping and Handling - Domestic United States

Spirit Wolves ships via the United States Postal Service and UPS, depending on which is the best for your shipping address. Keep in mind that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. All purchases will be shipped within two to seven business days. Spirit Wolves charges sales tax on all purchases based on the state tax where the items are shipped, and a $5.75 flat rate shipping charge and handling fee on orders under fifteen dollars, a $7.75 flat rate shipping and handling fee on orders over fifteen dollars, and we offer free shipping on all orders over fifty dollars.
 

Shipping and Handling - International Orders

Due to varying rates of international shipping and handling charges, our domestic rates do not apply. Because of the difficulty in determining rates to varying parts of the world, we ask that you complete the form found at International Orders and Spirit Wolves will contact you via E-mail with the shipping and handling charges for your order. If the shipping rates are not satisfactory to you, there is no obligation to complete the purchase. Should you agree to the shipping rates, you will be provided a link in our E-mail for you to complete your purchase. Thank you for your interest in our products.
 

Product Availability

Due to our suppliers' ever-changing inventories, products can quickly become unavailable or discontinued without warning. Spirit Wolves endeavors to update our site as items are discontinued. However, in the unlikely event that you purchase an item that is no longer available, a full refund will be immediately returned to you and you will be notified via email about the discontinuation.

 

Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is 100% unconditionally guaranteed. If you purchased a product from us and it does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly refund your purchase price, replace, or exchange your purchase. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. To assist us in this process we ask you to return the item(s) you are dissatisfied with and either enclose a letter or send an email to CustomerService@SpiritWolves.net stating the reason for your dissatisfaction and whether you desire a refund, replacement or an exchange. This will assist us in processing your request in a timely manner.
